- Plan, launch, and manage high-budget paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy
- Monitor and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize returns
- Generate performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in digital advertising
- 4+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
- Proven track record managing ad budgets of $50,000+/month
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with TikTok Ads and other emerging platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hyros, Triple Whale, etc.)
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnels
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with eCommerce or lead generation clients preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with global teams
