Position SummaryThe Translation Project Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating multilingual projects from start to finish. They collaborate with internal teams and global vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication that is keen to enter the industry in a hands-on, entry-level role with unlimited learning and growth opportunities in the industry´s leading company.Position responsibilitiesCoordinate the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects simultaneouslyCoordinate all project phases, from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth executionCollaborate with Sales/Client Services teams to define project scope, timelines, and requirementsCommunicate with our global network of vendors (translators, editors, and other specialists) to negotiate rates, assign tasks and agree on deadlines, and subsequently monitor project progressTrack project status, proactively identifying and resolving issues with involved stakeholdersManage project budgets, including cost tracking, gross margins and financial reportingMaintain accurate and organized project documentationPerform quality control checks at various stages (e.g. proofreading, final-eye reviews of deliverables, etc.)Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standardsComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.Essential skills required:Bachelor´s degree or equivalentSuperior written and spoken communication skills in EnglishMinimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in corporate environmentAbility to work both independently and take initiative, while also being comfortable collaborating effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders on an international levelStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Office and general computer skillsDesired skills and experience:Knowledge of additional languages at professional working proficiencyExperience in translation/localization project managementFamiliarity with CAT tools or localization platforms
