Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Production Engineering ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Medium Voltage Switchgear Unit in Brno.You will be mainly accountable for:Work on internal development projects within our Process Engineering team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and contribute to the realization of our strategic initiatives.Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.Support the development and optimization of business processes, tools, and systems.Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.Qualifications for the roleEducation: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Hard skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and project management tools.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ERP systems, and other business analysis tools.
