- Support qualification, evaluation and development of new and existing suppliers in all quality- and process-related topics.
- Perform and support supplier audits, including preparation, on-site execution, and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Handle supplier part deviations: conduct risk assessments, initiate and monitor immediate containment actions, verify long-term corrective measures, and review 8D reports for effectiveness.
- Contribute to improvement of internal procedures and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Participate in workplace risk assessments and contribute to defining and implementing measures to eliminate or reduce safety risks.
- Conduct or support HSE trainings, safety inspections and internal HSEQ-related communication.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, operating instructions and legislative requirements related to quality, health, safety, and environment.
- Technical education (secondary or university), preferably mechanical or electrical engineering.
- At least years of experience in quality, supplier development, production or HSE.
- Knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, SPC, 8D, 5Why, QRQC.
- Experience with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001; experience with audits is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills, ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail, structured and solution-oriented work style.
- Effective communication skills and ability to cooperate across departments.
- Good command of Czech and English
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%).
