  • Full 360 local marketing execution: both online and offline: Events, Partnerships, CRM, Users Lifecycle, SEO & ASO.
  • Secure External Marketing Acquisition + Existing Users Retention.
  • Hyper Localization across Blogs, CRM, announcements to deliver cultural adoption.
  • Social Media channels management, Community Engagement with Binance Angels, KOLs Onboarding & Partnerships.
  • Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
  • Deliver timely and clear reporting and accountability on campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (Web3, fintech, or agency background preferred).
  • Proven track record in partnerships, campaign management, community building, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Previous experience working in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable.
  • Native Czech/Slovak languages proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions.
