Seeking for a balanced team across the company we welcome applications from all qualified candidates with various educational and industry experiences, cultural or ethical backgrounds, and different life experiences or abilities, regardless of their religious or philosophical beliefs or whomever they choose to love.Key responsibilities and activitiesBenchmarking & Cost AnalysisConduct competitive benchmarking and performance analysis across product categories and geographic markets.Deliver detailed COGs breakdowns to support pricing strategies, margin assessments, and out-licensing evaluations.Identify cost optimization opportunities through deep analytical insight.Global Market ScreeningPerform systematic global market screenings for potential customers and licensing partners.Monitor regulatory and pricing trends across key international markets.Develop comprehensive dashboards and analytical tools to track opportunities.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Portfolio, Growth/Product Strategy, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory teams to gather, validate, and interpret data.Assist in partner negotiations by providing data-driven support and risk assessments.Strategic Insight and ReportingPrepare regular and ad hoc reports, summaries, and recommendations for the Head of B2B and executive stakeholders.Contribute to strategic planning cycles with fact-based input and scenario modelling.Ensure high data integrity and continuous improvement of data collection processes.Qualifications and required skillsExperience5+ years in market intelligence, analytics, or strategic planning, pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is preferred but not necessary.Solid experience in benchmarking, pricing analysis, and COGs modelling.Familiarity with generics and B2B business models is an advantage.SkillsStrong analytical and modelling skills using Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or both internal and external databases).Proactive and independent working style with a solution-oriented mindset.Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior management.Capable of managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally in a matrix organization.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or Life Sciences.Additional training in finance or data science is a plus.What is in it for youAn opportunity to work for a successful international pharmaceutical company.An opportunity to learn newest approaches in managing creative and highly adaptive business organizations.Pleasant and dynamic working environment.Continuous personal development.An attractive compensation & benefits package.Above standard social and benefit program.
