- Act as the primary liaison between the Product team and company's Marketing centre of expertise, ensuring smooth coordination and shared understanding of product goals, messaging priorities, and upcoming milestones.
- Translate product objectives into clear marketing goals and deliverables, managing communication flow and ensuring alignment on strategy, timelines, and results.
- Partner with Marketing team to co-develop data-driven marketing and acquisition strategies that best support the product vision.
- Own the product marketing roadmap, defining key priorities and ensuring coherent execution across all marketing channels.
- Oversee and optimize the product marketing budget, aligning investments with key business outcomes such as brand awareness, engagement, and player acquisition.
- Analyze and present campaign and performance KPIs, turning insights into actionable recommendations for both product and marketing teams.
- Build a strong partnership with internal departments and functions e.g. community, legal, art, performance, advertisement and influencer outreach teams.
- Act as the brand steward for World of Tanks, ensuring all campaigns and communications reflect the product positioning and long-term brand goals.
- Proven experience in product marketing or strategic marketing within the video game industry.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge product and marketing functions, navigating cross-functional priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to turn data and insights into strategic action.
- Experience in planning and executing acquisition and branding campaigns.
- Passion for PC and online games.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
- Team-oriented mindset and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
- Understanding of the free-to-play business model and player lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience managing marketing ROI and brand growth metrics.
- Comfort working in a matrix organization with shared ownership of outcomes.
- Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
