- Operational Support: Assist the brand team with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
- Budget Management: Draw up purchase orders, monitor budgets, handle invoices, and track spending.
- Content Preparation: Create materials for B2B platforms, including newsletters, banners, product pages, and sales presenters.
- Event Coordination: Plan team meetings and support major events like sales conferences and international meetings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key connector between Sales, Merchandising, PR, Training, and other departments.
- External Communication: Liaise with service providers and the purchasing department.
- Project Management: Oversee copacking processes, circulate marketing information, and run smaller marketing projects.
- Have at least 1 year of relevant administrative experience (marketing experience is a plus).
- Are an advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Are fluent in English and Czech or Slovak.
- Are a confident communicator with strong networking and collaboration skills.
- Possess excellent organizational and planning abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on on-time execution.
