AI Concept Artist

• Create high-quality 2D concepts for slot games, including characters, environments, objects, symbols, UI elements, and atmospheric scenes
• Use AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo, and others to generate visuals and refine them through overpainting, compositing, and manual paintover
• Prototype visual ideas at the early stages of game development
• Build, optimize, and organize prompts based on project goals and artistic needs
• Research references, create moodboards, and define strong visual directions for new game themes
• Develop and maintain the overall visual style and artistic vision of each project
• Produce quick sketches, composition explorations, and color variations to support concept development
• Prepare polished final concepts ready for production handoff
• Collaborate closely with the Game Producer, and cross-functional teams throughout development
• Iterate quickly, explore multiple solutions, and respond effectively to feedback
• Contribute fresh ideas, themes, and trend-based visual directions for future games

• 2+ years of experience as a Concept Artist / 2D Artist in the game industry
• Previous experience in iGaming or slot games is a strong advantage
• Strong portfolio demonstrating characters, environments, and key visual concepts
• Solid understanding of composition, lighting, color, stylization, and visual storytelling
• Experience working with stylized art
• Russian language is required
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop or similar digital painting tools
• Practical experience with AI tools, including Midjourney, Leonardo, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Nanobanana, StableVision, and Photoshop AI features
• Proven experience integrating AI into a production workflow
• Ability to generate original ideas and develop multiple visual directions
• Ability to work within an established art style while contributing creative value
• Experience developing visual style and art direction at feature or game level
• Ability to iterate quickly without compromising quality
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
