- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for assigned export markets.
- Monitor market performance and build plans to meet sales targets.
- Analyse market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and distributors.
- Conduct regular business reviews, meetings, and site visits.
- Support partners with product knowledge, marketing materials, and commercial guidance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target regions.
- Coordinate local agents in the countries and maximise the benefit of their local presence.
- Engage with local organisations to define effective strategies for approaching new potential clients.
- Represent Omega Optix at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events.
- Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute localised campaigns.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payments and account health.
- Share market insights and competitor intelligence with internal teams.
- Communicate with Production on all customer- and product-related topics to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and export regulations.
- Take on other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager, based on current business needs.
- Skills and competencies
- Strong international B2B sales experience, preferably in optical or medical devices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to planning and reporting.
- High level of independence, motivation, and results orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions
- English - C1; German - native speaker or C2
