This role is about rolling up your sleeves and working closely with dotted-line account managers, regional retail leads, and country managers to build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline through a structured GTM and sales funnel.You’ll be responsible for day-to-day pipeline management, ensuring opportunities move steadily from lead to closure, with a sharp focus on the buying process, key personas, and retailer-specific needsKey ResponsibilitiesPipeline & Sales Execution
  • Own and manage the full sales funnel from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with account managers and regional leads to track progress, remove blockers, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting across all stages of the funnel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with country retail managers and dotted-line account teams to align on GTM priorities and opportunity ownership.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and collateral to specific buyer personas and verticals.
GTM Discipline
  • Implement and enforce a structured GTM approach across the region, including lead scoring, persona mapping, and use-case alignment.
  • Drive consistent execution of sales playbooks and engagement strategies across markets.
Buyer-Centric Engagement
  • Map and understand the buying process and key decision-makers within each retailer.
  • Customize presentations and proposals to reflect the retailer’s vision, challenges, and strategic goals.
  • Ensure every sales interaction adds value and builds trust with the client.
Performance & Reporting
  • Track KPIs including conversion rates, cycle times, and win/loss ratios.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership on pipeline health and sales performance.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail tech, loyalty, or data-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel mechanics and GTM execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions and functions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional EEMEA languages are a plus.
