- Managing maintenance planning for packaging lines and supply chain operations
- Managing the maintenance budget and optimizing resources
- Technical university degree
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance and leadership roles
- Advanced English proficiency
- Ability to define processes and seek more efficient solutions
- Strong communication and team motivation skills
- Experience with SAP PM, CBM, or other digital tools
- Knowledge of ISO, OHS, and EMS processes
- Background in automation and digitalization
