Telespazio Belgium can count on more than 45 years of experience in the field of Space Operations Service & Engineering activities.We provide a significant contribution to the most major Space programs of the European Space Agency, EUSPA and other Telespazio Groups. Our core business is to work on the ground to build bridges into space, contributing to the success of ambitious missions.We will soon be looking for a highly enthusiastic Review Manager who will work in Czech Republic, Prague.Candidates must be eligible for a security personal clearance from an EU Member State national security administrationWhat is expected from you:This tasks consist in providing operational support to the programmes and projects for the Organisation of milestone reviews according to the following activities:

The preparation of milestone review organisation notes with particular attention to the alignment of the objectives and datapackage content with the applicable Processes and related Document Delivery List.
Follow-up EUSPA documents readiness for their submission to the review Datapackages
Collection and dispatch of Review Datapackages to board members and experts, track the document status (i.e. Reviewed, Approved) against the contractor's Document Delivery List.
Support the Secretary of the programme reviews (e.g. Service Consolidation Reviews, Service Validation Reviews) and key project reviews (e.g. Monthly/Quarterly Performance Meeting, Infrastructure milestone reviews)
Trace milestone reviews actions/RIDs implementation to documents changes, including processes and programmatic documents
Track the status of the review outcomes (e.g. Successful, Closed) and qualification statuses, in coordination with EUSPA Product and Quality Assurance team.
Ensuring Continuous improvement of the EUSPA processes to account for lessons learnt from the process execution

What you offer:

At least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar position
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, including Spain, France, Italy, and the Netherlands
Experience supporting programme and project milestone reviews, including validation, consolidation, and performance reviews

Strong knowledge of review documentation, datapackages, and Document Delivery Lists (DDL)

Ability to track document readiness, review actions/RIDs, and review outcomes to closure

Proven coordination skills with multiple stakeholders, including review boards, experts, and QA teams

Proactive mindset focused on quality, traceability, and continuous process improvement.
