- Prepare and manage all customs documents before shipping.
- Issue invoice when revenue recognition conditions (based on applicable GAAP) are fulfilled and in line with local legislation, including law on VAT and corporate income tax.
- Send invoices to customers contact – Invoice department.
- Solve issue regarding wrong invoice.
- Send reminders to customer and other actions to collect the cash and solve overdue (with support of project manager and finance department, when needed).
- Responsible for archiving activity for SC department.
- Participate to the continuous improvement plan of the company
- Report periodically to his manager / SA progress of his work
- Participate as required to the Corporate Activities
- Min secondary school (economics/technical)
- At least 3 years experience from customer service /sales / supply chain / logistics field
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- PC skills (MS Office)
- Communication skills and negotiation skills, able to solve and analyze daily issues
