About the roleThe job of a Global Manager, UX Development for Sandoz is to oversee and manage the user experience (UX) development process for Sandoz, a global pharmaceutical company. The role involves ensuring that the UX design and development align with the company's strategic goals and deliver a seamless user experience across various digital platforms and products.Role RequirementsMajor Accountabilities:
  • UX Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy for Sandoz, considering user needs, business goals, and industry best practices.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of UX designers and developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful execution of UX projects.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing teams, to ensure effective coordination and integration of UX development efforts.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, and utilize these insights to inform UX design decisions.
  • UX Design and Development: Oversee the creation and maintenance of UX design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs, ensuring they meet both user needs and business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that the UX development is of high quality, meets industry standards, and delivers a consistent user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging UX trends, technologies, and best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the UX development process within the organization.
