- Execute all sales activities in alignment with short and long-term objectives; manage and oversee relationships with low-tier customers.
- Work closely with the (virtual) account management team to ensure consistent and profitable growth.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted advisor/consultant to ensure customer loyalty and high satisfaction levels.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customers' business needs to identify opportunities and plan for the ongoing development of SITA's business.
- Offer unique perspectives during customer conversations; align insights with customer priorities and reshape their business views.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline for future growth in close collaboration with Marketing; ensure the conversion of qualified marketing leads into sales opportunities for pipeline growth and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Address and resolve customer requests and ensure services are delivered according to the agreed schedule.
- Facilitate two-way communication; actively engage customers by linking their business priorities to SITA's value proposition.
- Leverage understanding of individual value drivers and customer stakeholders; facilitate conversations between stakeholders.
- Communicate key economic drivers and trends internally to raise awareness and adapt to new situations; externally communicate these trends to clients to identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain visibility of the status of all commercial and operational aspects of accounts and resolve issues through the appropriate process owners.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal and external business dimensions.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the Air Transport Industry or IT /Telecommunications
- Proven experience in building client relationships at the managerial level.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Successful track record in business development and pipeline management.
- Experience in executing account development plans.
- Positive customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required. Portuguese nice to have
- Minimum Bachelors degree with relevant sales and customer facing experience
