- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing and certification teams to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our cyber security certificates to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the cyber security or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles and certification processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to communicate/explain complex topics to non-IT people.
