The team is building scalable and maintainable enterprise‑grade solutions used in precision cancer medicine.You might be the perfect match if you are/have:5+ years of experience as a Data Engineering (designing and maintaining data pipelines, data quality, reliability).Cloud: commercial experience with GCP or AWS (GCP is a plus).Data orchestration: hands-on understanding of orchestration patterns and tools.ETL/ELT and strong understanding of data lake / lakehouse conceptsInfrastructure as Code: at least “familiarity” (preferably Terraform) and comfort working in an IaC approach (version-controlled infrastructure).Python as the main working language.Databricks or SnowflakeLocated in Czechia, Slovakia or HungaryFluency in English (spoken and written)Nice to have:Prior experience with Bigquery/GCSAssignment DetailsStart date: April 2026Workload: full-timeLocation: Czechia, Slovakia or Hugary (remote within these countries only - please note, that candidates outside of these countries will be not considered)B2B contractSalary: 5.700-8.300 CZK/MD (250-340€)Client: global US‑based life‑science companyRecruitment process:Screening Call
