We're looking for a Training Coordinator to lead and grow our training business in the industrial robotics space.This is a great opportunity for professionals with a background in external training, employee development, or digital/soft skills training who are ready to apply their learning expertise in a dynamic, technical environment. You'll shape the future of robotics training in a region full of opportunity.

Drive the training revenue budget across Central & Southeast Europe.
Build strong relationships with customers and identify new training opportunities.
Design and deliver engaging training programs-both standardised and tailored.
Coordinate training activities across multiple training centres to ensure consistency and quality.
Apply instructional design principles and stay ahead of industry and learning trends.
Support technical teams and customers with your robotics and automation expertise.

Qualifications

A background in engineering, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Experience in training coordination, instructional design, or corporate learning.
Familiarity with PLCs, robot programming, or industrial automation is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent mindset.
English proficiency (min. B2).
Valid driving license.
Native speaker Czech language.
