- Partners in business processes and IS solutions, highlighting opportunities to improve business performance
- Accountable for Source-to-Pay and Record-to-Report (including treasury and audit) related applications and projects
- Partners closely with corporate services (procurement, finance, treasury, audit) departments
- Demand gathering, classification, approval process, defines use cases
- Designs solutions within architecture guidelines and continuously evolve regional solution set
- Project Management, running multiple projects in parallel, in the PM and/or the SO role, applying proper project governance, tools and methodologies
- Champion regional design and ensures proper integration and retirement of local solutions
- Facilitates testing of new functionalities, testing case creation and testing execution based on AEI testing standards
- Change management and super user training to ensure value realization
- Ensure constant link with service owner and drives project transition to application support
- Implementing small application changes
- Ensuring all application changes passed proper change control governance and are documented
- When required, ensure communication of maintenance releases is communicated to relevant parties
- Development and execution of application roadmaps/strategies
- Works closely with application delivery to manage day-to-day support of application services ensuring they are being delivered in a timely and cost efficient way, while keeping regional governance, change control and security standards.
- Escalation point for specific services
- Subject matter expert for dedicated application portfolio
- Takes full accountability on dedicated application portfolio (Development and Maintenance). Managing internal and external resources to maximize overall business value and ensure sustainability.
- Manages AEI project initiatives and application changes and resources. Ensures active change management and value realization.
- Manages and engages network of stakeholders and key/super users within geographies where appropriate.
- Master degree or equivalent in Technology or business related
- 5+ years of professional experience with exposure to IT processes methodologies and best practices
- International experience advantage (accountability for delivering in/to different countries)
- Business processes in functional area, IT Technologies, Requirements gathering and solution design, Solutions lifecycle, ERP and other systems deployment, analytical and problem solving skills, service oriented mind-set, project management experience
- Proficiency in English, Microsoft and MS Office
- Familiar with most of following application areas (no specialist role)
- SAP ECC / S/4 HANA. SAP Materials Management (Procurement), Finance, Controlling and high-level understanding of related modules (f.i. Sales and Distribution)
