Handling the helpline: receiving calls from customers in need of assistance
Verifying customer data and insurance coverage.
Organizing assistance using our network of service providers (e.g., arranging a visit to a medical facility or a home visit by a general practitioner abroad)
Cooperation with AXA Partners’ international branches

What you’ll bring:

You are able to commute to the office in Ostrava (Czech Republic). This is a hybrid position, requiring your presence in the office 3 times a week.
Polish language at a native level

English language at minimum B2 level (your English skills will be verified during the initial phone interview)

Knowledge of German, French, Italian, or other foreign languages sufficient for communication is a strong advantage

Secondary or higher education

Excellent communication skills

Availability and flexibility (shift work, including 2 weekends per month)

Ability to organize your own work independently

Proficiency in MS Office
