Operation, maintenance, and further development of the global Palo Alto firewall infrastructure
operate Datacenter (North/South, East/West), Shopfloor-, LAN- and Perimeter Firewalls
Analysis, evaluation, and implementation of security policies and requirements
Incident, problem, and change management in the area of Firewall security
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operational manuals
Support during audits and security assessments

Your Profile

Degree in Computer Science, IT specialist training, or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in network security and firewall management
In-depth knowledge of administering Palo Alto Networks firewalls (including Panorama) is a plus, but knowledge about other vendors is also welcome
basic knowledge about network protocols, OSI-Model, routing, and switching
Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python) is a plus
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Analytical thinking, structured working style, and a high level of personal responsibility
