
Quality Assurance Specialist (Onsite, Brno, Czech + English)

- Evaluate customer interactions (calls, chats, emails, social media) to ensure alignment with quality standards
- Deliver clear, constructive feedback to support representatives for continuous improvement
- Participate in internal and client calibration sessions to ensure quality consistency
- Collaborate with the Team Leader on coaching initiatives and performance alignment
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Track and analyze quality-related data to identify trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in Czech (C2 level) and English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Brno (onsite presence required)
