- Manage calendars and schedule meetings across time zones
- Handle purchase orders in the company system
- Work with finance and vendors to process invoices on time
- Support onboarding of new employees
- Coordinate with HR and managers on job postings
- Organize interview schedules and act as main contact for candidates
- Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transport, visas)
- Fluency in English
- Experience in an executive or administrative assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizational and communication skills
