Support pre-sales technical activities for business deals, design customer solutions and act as the point of contact for the post-sales activities for the business customers. Provide technical support and solution design at area of responsibility (Mobile private networks) for new acquired customers and new sales (business requirements evaluation, technical solution proposal, technical costs and implementation time evaluation, technical information preparation required by BU, e.g. for bids preparation like network performance data, coverage, services etc.). Design complex solutions of customer demands. Prepare customer offer within full scope of VF products and ensure strong solution support to sales teams, external partners and internal teams on sales activities and uncustomed solution design at assigned segments. Assess technical solution complexity and develop the technical end-to-end solutions for customer needs. Present solutions to customers and partners. Understand, influence and support people through applying technical knowledge or rational arguments. Provide a strong consultancy role within all phases of pre-sales, solution design, implementation and post-sales changes. Elevate the customer relationship from an operational focus to a business partnership. Act with professional (extended) knowledge about theoretical concepts and principles within a specialized field. Provide end-to-end custom solution delivery to be offered to customers. Prepare implementation and configuration of customer solutions, support implementation teams. Deliver and drive the operating model, procedures and processes required to support the end-to-end solutions, specifically focusing on the development and delivery of the service and support structures. Support external partners at uncustomed solution design. Coordinate best practice sharing between external and internal teams in order to learn from examples and provide best customer solutions.
