- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle room bookings.
- Provide support for on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating leadership events, townhalls, and team meetings.
- Arrange travel, tickets, and reimbursements for employees.
- Oversee logistics, office supplies, and stationery arrangements.
- Raise invoices, process GRNs, and coordinate with vendors.
- Support recruitment processes with interview scheduling and logistics.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
- Fluent in English and Czech (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities.
