• Teaching in bachelor′s and master′s study programmes, including supervising and opposing theses, and participating in the development of these study programmes; the scope of direct teaching for a full-time position is usually 10-14 hours per week per semester on a long-term average
• Participating in creative activity - especially in the form of solving complex research tasks, active publication activity in peer-reviewed journals, participating in scientific conferences, presentation of the results of creative activity
• Participating in the third role of the university - especially in the form of popularizing creative activity, in the administration connected with the performed activity and in the self-government of the university

• Participating in teaching in bachelor's and master's study programmes, including supervising and opposing theses, contributing to the development of these study programmes; the scope of direct teaching for a full-time position is usually 14-20 hours per week per semester on a long-term average
• Participating in creative activities (research, development, innovation)

• Master′s degree in Spanish language, or in a related field
• PhD degree in Spanish language, or in a related field; in the case of ongoing doctoral studies, the condition is its completion (including passing the state doctoral examination) no later than 1 month before the start date
• Research and teaching focus on Spanish language and Spanish applied linguistics
• Active scientific and publishing activity in the field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Independent, responsible and proactive approach to work
• Civil and moral integrity

• Master′s degree in Spanish language, or in a related field
• 5 years of experience in teaching a foreign language
• Qualifications for teaching and professional activities in the field (conference presentations, publications, projects)
• Willingness to contribute to the department's professional development and to its activities (e.g., preparing and administering entrance and state written exams in Spanish language)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Independent, responsible and proactive approach to work
• Civil and moral integrity

• Knowledge of the Spanish language at C2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
• Knowledge of the English language at B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

• Experience in dealing with grant and scientific research projects
• Potential for further academic growth

• For the position of Assistant professor: R2 - Recognized

• Full-time: 100 % (or lower, as agreed)

• The employment contract will be concluded for a fixed term period to cover a temporary absence of an employee on maternity and parental leave.
