- You support the Senior Finance Manager - Commercial Finance in core commercial finance components:
- budget and LRP volumes, LTA's, sales pricing, commercial recoveries
- commercial recoveries tracking and reporting through MOSIAC and other
- PPR ongoing report development
- as part of a cross-functional product profitability improvement team, provide finance team input and data integrity in identifying key loss-making or adverse performance platforms vs. expectations (whether vs. QMS, budget or other)
- working with commercial team to develop understanding of sales pricing
- work to strengthen standard costing and variance analysis (e.g. bridges) together with the plants
- You manage European cap-ex in support of Senior Finance Manager - Commercial Finance:
- Co-ordinate budgeting data gathering cap-ex for all plants and regional offices program and non-program spend
- Drive and manage the monthly actuals and forecasting tracking
- Ensure formalization of APR's or equivalent sign-off from relevant management within Europe following RAB/CAB or equivalent (formalized or informalized) review processes
- You stand-in in the event of vacation or otherwise non-availability of Commercial Finance management, and otherwise participate in weekly calls
- You work with product costing team to be able to compile and create program and product specific QMS, including also C-BOT component
- You drive ongoing benchmarking of competitiveness to ensure IAC competitive in the marketplace
- You pull, feed and roll-out IHS data to commercial team for 2026 budget and beyond
- Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or relevant degree
- First experience costing or Financial Planning & Analysis background in automotive production
- Ability to bring to the costing area a commercial, entrepreneurial finance mindset, not “just” the accounting perspective
- Preferably have some technical background for understanding our product and manufacturing processes
- Strong financial and analysis skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially excel)
- Knowledge and practical experience of Power BI
- Fluent in English. Fluency in at least one other European language, preferably Czech
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work with ambiguity/uncertainty/lack of clarity/contradictory inputs
