This role is critical to driving technical strategy, people leadership, and delivery excellence.Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of embedded software engineers
Oversee the design, development, and delivery of embedded software solutions
Ensure high standards of software quality, scalability, and performance
Collaborate closely with product, hardware, and other cross‑functional teams
Support technical direction and long-term roadmap execution

Qualifications

University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
Strong background in embedded software engineering
Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams
