As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Your Key ResponsibilitiesPerform supplier quality activities for delivered products and supplier quality issues in the plant(s) as part of the order fulfillment process.Supporting advanced quality planning with suppliers during the product development process with particular focus on cost efficiency and manufacturability.Carrying out supplier evaluation in series production, managing supplier process changes and initiating and coordinating corrective actions to ensure agreed quality in the long term.Managing the sampling inspection process and deciding whether to accept or reject the samples provided.Escalation instance to agree action plans until successful completion and coordination of series complaint management.Training external suppliers to ensure compliance with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and 8D report requirements as agreed.Your Qualifications

Completed technical or business studies or comparable qualification
First professional experience in quality assurance or supplier management desirable
Technical understanding as well as an analytical and independent way of working combined with a high level of initiative & problem-solving ability
Inspiring personality who is able to take others along, inspire and lead the way
Assertiveness and strong communication and teamwork skills
Good written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office and SAP R/3 / S4HANA
Willingness to trael internationally (40% willingness to travel)
Valid work permit for Czech Republic at the time of the application
