Are you a dedicated clinical operation professional who enjoys working in a dynamic work environment? Are you passionate about clinical research? If yes, you might be our new Clinical Operations Manager. This position is based in Prague, Czech Republic and will report to Therapeutic Area Head. The Clinical Operations Manager will accompany Clinical Research Associates on monitoring visits 1-2 times per month.The PositionAs a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be leading Trial Operation team to deliver specific Therapeutic Area trials allocated by implementation of CDC (Clinical Development Centre) tactics within onboarding, talent management, people development, performance management, etc. in alignment with CDC.You will be also responsible:
- Delivering in-time and in-quality TA-specific clinical trials through effective management of team to reach CDC CZ trial targets, incl. risk management.
- Building effective TO team operational model.
- Effective resource and workload management.
- Continuous development of TA capability in TA TOs team internally and externally.
- Driving TA-level improvement initiatives/change management to achieve overall CDC efficiency.
- Master's degree in life science.
- 4 years of experience in clinical trial management (including working as a Clinical Research Associate), with min 2 years of experience in leading a team of CRAs.
- Fluent in written and spoken Czech and English.
- You are experienced in delivering ambitious results.
- You have the ability to deliver through effective management of other in-time and in-quality.
- You have influencing skills and proven successes.
- You are able to gather and make sense of information that suggests new possibilities.
- You are good at leveraging connections with internal and external stakeholders to make things happen.
- You have the ability to deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.
- You have solid track record in clinical trials execution in multifunctional team and training.
