Schedule: 40h/week (8h/day | 5 days/week, rotational)

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve account, service, and technical-related issues
Provide clear and efficient solutions
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

Dutch (C1–C2) and English (B2+)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset

Eligibility:

EU Citizenship or Residence Permit with Full Market Access

Compensation

Monthly: €1,500 gross + performance bonus
Annual: €21,000 – €23,000 gross (14 salaries + bonus potential)
