Assistance Services Specialist with German (Middle Office)

- Handling of payments to clients and providers.
- Handling incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls from and to customers and partners
- Processing back-office agenda related to assistance cases
- Verifying documentation and ensuring correctness of financial transactions
- Supporting the assistance team with administrative tasks
- Collaborating with foreign branches of AXA Partners Group.
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma).
- Czech or Polish language at a native level.
- Fluency in German (C1 level or native speaker).
- Good command of English (minimum level B2).
- Strong communication skills, empathy and responsibility.
- Interest in working in an international environment
- Good computer skills and familiarity with internet browsers.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle different types of requests
- An additional foreign language and experience with phone communication are a plus.
- Gross monthly salary of 30 200 CZK plus language surcharge 10 000 CZK
