- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with global vision, while tailoring them to the unique opportunities and challenges of the Central European market.
- Multi-Channel Growth: Drive brand growth across all channels, including e-commerce, owned stores, and retail partnerships, identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing ones.
- Digital Transformation: Champion digital initiatives, leveraging online platforms and CRM strategies to enhance consumer engagement and loyalty.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire and mentor a multicultural marketing team, fostering collaboration and a results-driven culture.
- P&L Management: Analyze performance, identify growth levers, and implement strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and market share.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering strong business results over a given brand, with a deep understanding of P&L drivers and the ability to implement effective action plans.
- Strategic Expertise: Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital transformation initiatives.
- Leadership & People Development: Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven ability to build, inspire, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive change through collaboration and a sense of empathy.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing and allocating budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- At least 8 years of business experience, ideally within the beauty or FMCG industry.
- A proven track record of success in brand building and business results.
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
