- Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and selected HQ positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment needs
- Drive effective sourcing strategies to attract strong talent
- Lead talent management activities including succession planning, performance management, and career development
- Facilitate talent reviews and support development planning across teams
- Promote a culture focused on growth, learning, and continuous improvement
- Participate in projects related to organizational structure optimization
- Contribute to workforce planning and capability development
- Support change management initiatives
- Coordinate leadership, soft-skills, and functional training programs
- Collaborate with HQ on talent review
- Ensure high-quality learning experiences that support company needs
- Support employee engagement initiatives and action plans
- Contribute to employer branding activities and strengthen company visibility
- Maintain cooperation with universities and external partners
- BA / BSc HR, business administration or related
- MA / MSc HR, business administration or related preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in an operative HR role
- Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting
- Solid knowledge of local HR legislation
- Strong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in the local language and good English skills
- Very good MS Office skills
- First experience with HR management systems like SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial
