Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leaderWe pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesMlada Boleslav FCM HR Business Partner supports to align the FORVIA people strategy with the local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and be the trusted go to partner for the FORVIA employees in your perimeter. You are the strategic partner for your business stakeholders and work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and selected HQ positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment needs
  • Drive effective sourcing strategies to attract strong talent
Talent Management & Development
  • Lead talent management activities including succession planning, performance management, and career development
  • Facilitate talent reviews and support development planning across teams
  • Promote a culture focused on growth, learning, and continuous improvement
Organizational Development
  • Participate in projects related to organizational structure optimization
  • Contribute to workforce planning and capability development
  • Support change management initiatives
Learning & Development
  • Coordinate leadership, soft-skills, and functional training programs
  • Collaborate with HQ on talent review
  • Ensure high-quality learning experiences that support company needs
Engagement, Employer Branding & External Partnerships
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and action plans
  • Contribute to employer branding activities and strengthen company visibility
  • Maintain cooperation with universities and external partners
Your profile and competencies to succeedMinimum education level:
  • BA / BSc HR, business administration or related
  • MA / MSc HR, business administration or related preferred
Professional Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in an operative HR role
  • Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting
  • Solid knowledge of local HR legislation
  • Strong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset
Skills and competencies:
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in the local language and good English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • First experience with HR management systems like SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial
