This role will be responsible for delivering compelling, technically accurate product demonstrations of AutoRABIT ARM, Guard, CodeScan, Vault and future product we may develop to prospects and customers.The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Salesforce data and metadata architecture, DevOps best practices, security/compliance concepts, and can translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact technical product demonstrations of:
- AutoRABIT ARM (Release Management)
- AutoRABIT Guard (Data Backup & Recovery)
- AutoRABIT CodeScan (Static Code Analysis)
- AutoRABIT Vault (Data Archiving & Compliance)
- Create demo environments and narratives to align with prospect use cases.
- Clearly articulate Salesforce DevOps, security, compliance, and data governance best practices.
- Explain Salesforce data model, metadata structure, deployment processes, and environment strategy.
- Maintain and evolve demo scripts, environments, and technical assets.
- Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and DevSecOps trends.
- Handle technical Q&A confidently during live demonstrations.
- Adhere to set of internal controls and processes.
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Salesforce administration, development, or architecture
- OR Salesforce DevOps / Release Management
- Experience with Git-based workflows
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce data model (Objects, Fields, Relationships)
- Salesforce metadata (Apex, LWC, Profiles, Permission Sets, etc.)
- CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
- Sandboxes, org strategy, deployments
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts (version control, branching, automation, pipelines)
- Experience explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent English
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, product management, or customer success.
- Experience with Salesforce DX
- Knowledge of static code analysis tools
- Understanding of backup, archiving, and data compliance requirements
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, DevOps Engineer, etc.)
