Creation of quality reports and warranty credits in SAP Reporting of product-related technical problems to PMIPE/TLM
Writing of reports and customer correspondence
Telephone customer advice and assistance with GA cases
Prepare warranty statistics from SAP/BW
Legal support in disputes in GA cases
Warranty parts inspection and diagnosis
Warranty Parts Return Customer/Manufacturer

Your Qualifications

Vocationally trained as a car mechanic/mechatronics technician
Several years of professional experience in the automotive repair industry Experience in Service Support / After Sales Service
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications SAP tools for the GA + QA area
Handling og measuring and testin equipment
Confident appearance, organizational skills and a pronounced service mentality / quality awareness
Team- and customer-oriented thinking, communicative nature
Strong ability to deal with conflicts(complaint management)
Business fluent English skills, German skills would be ideal
Valid work permit for Czech Republic
