Offer DescriptionThe study programme Technology of Macromolecular Substances focuses on independent scientific research in the field of research and development. Doctoral students are provided with the practical application of theoretical knowledge of mathematics, physics, chemistry and general knowledge of technological processes and knowledge in the field of computer science and informatics. These areas mainly focuses on the specific properties of polymeric materials extended by the latest ecological knowledge. During the study, the doctoral student must demonstrate the ability to creatively solve complex professional problems. As a part of the study, the presentation of results at international conferences and their publication in foreign professional journals are expected. The graduate will be a technology-oriented expert with the knowledge necessary for an exact description of processing processes, physical and chemical properties of polymeric materials and products derived from them, they will be able to work independently, creatively, scientifically, solve innovative requirements for new materials and processes that improve the performance of products, and work as a research and pedagogical worker in polymer processing.
