Process invoicing according to the defined intercompany accounting process steps, works on all day-to-day booking operations in coherence with GAAP and IFRS guidelines - processing includes EDI, ERS, VIM, and manually keying invoices.

Closely cooperate with relevant I/C vendors for proper authorization and accurate data.Report and escalate disputed account discrepancies, as a first point of contact, with suppliers and vendors.Prepare month end accounts payable jobs/ prepare monthly account reconciliations.Responsible for process innovation.ProfileHigh school/university education preferably in economicsAt least 2 years of professional experience in accounting, with an understanding of A/P and A/R processProfessional communication skillsA sense of careful approach and responsible work and service delivery mind-setExperience with cross-cultural teams and work environment is an advantageBusiness fluent in English (other foreign language nice to have)Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel), SAP or other ERP experience preferredBenefits Designed for You:Work-Life Balance
