- Build and maintain dashboards that enable real-time insights and data driven decision making
- Run statistical tests to validate hypotheses and measure experimental outcomes
- Deliver clear, actionable insights from data sources that bridge data science with strategic execution
- 2+ years of experience working with business, behavioral, or performance datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience with APIs, web scraping, and NLP or text-based data analysis
- Strong ability to to distill complex technical findings into clear, strategic insights
- Familiarity with clustering, graph-based modeling, or knowledge extraction from text data
- Experience applying Machine Learning or statistical methods to optimize business performance
