- Act as a trusted compensation advisor to HRBPs and business leaders, delivering insights that align pay strategies with organizational goals by enabling long-term talent success through strategic acquisition, engagement and retention
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures across product, sales and G&A functions for International including base pay, incentives and allowances
- Ensure compliance with global and regional pay regulations, including EU Pay Transparency, Gender Pay Gap reporting, and Collective Bargaining Agreement requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage projects effectively including change communications, policy documentation and Workers Council consultations related to compensation design
- Execute programs with excellence using proven program management experience to ensure stakeholder alignment, visibility and on time delivery
- Proven previous experience in compensation management
- Ability to navigate complex challenges with strong analytical, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Familiarity of global employment and labor laws, partnering effectively with legal counsel when needed
- Experience applying user-centered design thinking to shape impactful HR processes and experiences
- Proficiency in compensation management systems and tools
