- Provide HubSpot support and consultancy for the internal customers (Customer Centers) worldwide
- Follow up & improve chatbot results
- Communicate & roll out new features
- Capture & promote best practices to internal customers
- Digitalize & automate fundamental marketing processes of division & customer center onto our chosen marketing automation platform
- Drive customer lifetime value by identifying key tactics to build relationships with new & existing customers and encourage repeat purchases
- Manage and safeguard the quality of our online customer database, including email addresses, online behavior, input from each touchpoint, and purchase behavior from our CRM
- Conversion optimization and personalization
- Lead scoring
- Ongoing Customer Centers support
- Usage of AI to drive more revenue and leads
- English C1+ level (many of your colleagues will be international)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar Marketing Automation position
- Strong bias toward taking actions
- Experience working with HubSpot (both marketing and sales modules); other marketing tools are a plus
- Strong background in lead generation programs, email marketing best practices, and inbound marketing
- Experience improving marketing and sales alignment through continuous business process improvement
- Experience with a Marketing Automation platform, preferably HubSpot
- Experience in customer engagement marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, and/or content marketing
- Hands-on experience working in campaign tools with a focus on digital campaigns
- Ownership mindset, setting your own agenda, and communicating expectations
- Customer-centric mindset, focusing on what to communicate first rather than the technicalities needed to communicate
- Comfortable discussing digital campaigns with CRM team, marketing team, and sales team
- Result-oriented with a solid understanding of business metrics, able to connect your work to our marketing and company goals
- Good understanding of different marketing disciplines that connect to marketing automation, such as SEA, SEO, social media advertising, and content marketing
- Ability to analyze website performance and work towards an optimal conversion path
- Task (based on their experience - f.e. creating a chat bot process or automation and walking us through it, might be in format of short presentation)
