Field of ActivityThe REM section operates and develops the risk management systems for all markets cleared by Eurex Clearing. We monitor and manage the market's and the members' risk situation in real time. We are also the first point of contact for questions about risk management from EurexClearing's clients. Our hands-on know how enables us to make an impact on the implementation of several strategic projects of Deutsche Börse, especially the development of the ETD offering. The product universe that is covered by the Risk team includes listed Equity and Fixed Income derivatives, Fixed income, Repo and SecuritiesLending. As the CCP Risk Management Officer you support the proper execution of the daily clearing house business with respect to the risk situation of Eurex Clearing for the related markets/exchanges Eurex, Xetra, Eurex Repo, and OTC traded swaps.ResponsibilitiesYou will support the general staff on both risk management and administration related tasks, that particularly means:
Performing initial checks before the exchange opening/ closing
Generating reports
Validating the settlement prices for bonds
Collateral maintenance
Support with administrative workload across Risk department (i.e. account setup and maintenance)
Possible IT skills development (Python, AI prompts, Power Automate)
Your profile
You must be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Auditing or any other related major
