- Realization of sourcing requests, tenders, negotiations and purchasing of Corporate Services incl. Financial-, HR-, Legal-, Consulting-, Tech & Eng Services & IT category incl. software, hardware, cloud and IT-services
- Handling of purchase requisitions in SAP Ariba for Knorr-Bremse plants and stakeholders
- Supporting realization of the annual saving plan within assigned categories
- Supporting strategic supplier development and category strategies
- Driving improvement of supplier performance
- Ensuring compliance with internal purchasing and governance policies
- Reporting achieved savings and KPIs
- Collaborative work with stakeholders, legal department and internal customers
- High school education or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or similar
- Min. 4 years of experience in indirect purchasing or comparable role
- Understanding of procurement processes, contract models, licensing, and Cloud cost structures
- Fluent English; German advantage
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience with SAP Ariba advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Self-driven, open-minded, and reliable team player
- Willingness to embrace change, pursue development, and face new challenges
- Readiness to work in an international environment with occasional business travel within Europe
