- Architect and build core backend services in Python for our flagship AI-driven sports analytics platform.
- Own infrastructure across AWS & Kubernetes and drive cloud-native excellence.
- Integrate complex CV/ML pipelines at scale - and make them sing.
- Collaborate across squads to deliver reliable, scalable, and intelligent APIs.
- Lead by example through mentorship, architectural vision, and clean code.
- Constantly push the bar on quality, performance, and engineering standards.
- Deep experience building production-grade backend systems in Python.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
- Proven track record of owning large technical areas and driving initiatives to success.
- A love for fast-paced environments and solving complex technical puzzles.
- Bonus points if you've worked on ML or Computer Vision workflows and if you're a football fan :)
