- Experience in cybersecurity, pre-sales, business development or consulting;
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, market trends, and the Czech Republic cybersecurity domain;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, IT, Economics, or a related field.;
- (Preferred) Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) and German language proficiency.
- Build relationships with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions (e.g., SIEM, IAM, SOC);
- Actively target and sell Deloitte's cybersecurity services, managing the full sales cycle including proposals and negotiations;
- Lead client workshops, product demonstrations, and thought leadership events.
- Design and develop complex cybersecurity solutions aligned with client and industry requirements;
- Shape and execute go-to-market plans, including campaigns, events, and regional growth strategies.
- Work with Deloitte's Central European and international teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, track KPIs, and provide market insights to leadership;
- Collaborate with alliance partners to strengthen market presence.
