Help us secure products on Microsoft tool stack for global market!For an international team, we are looking for a Governance/Compliance Microsoft specialist who will support the process of a security assessment and governance of Telekom projects involving Microsoft products. The position is in Prague with a few colleagues in Germany and the Specialist will be responsible for technical security support for international Microsoft projects within Telekom group..We are looking for someone who feels confident in Microsoft technologies and/or Cloud technologies with a general understanding of governance and policies related to security best practices. To support teams by ensuring compliance with security requirements, experience with project assessment and governance is needed. Definition and review of security best practices on Microsoft technologies and Azure will be performed regularly. We are looking for someone who will not hesitate to engage in researching how to connect new technology and adapt best practice for our benefit. Getting things done and solving problems with the team are essential to the team culture.Responsibilities

Project reviews and advisory from Security perspective.
Specification and design of security concepts and architecture.
Development of internal security requirements for MS products.
Suggestions of configurations and usage of Microsoft tools.
Development and governance of security tests, including test results evaluation and findings.

Required knowledge and skillsThere is no need to match all requirements.Hard Skills

Fluent in English, spoken and written.
Be able to work independently.
Knowledge of MS products and Azure (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Windows server/client operating systems, common office software).
Experience with Governance and policies.
Experience with risk and vulnerability management analysis.

Great communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.
Drive and commitment to assignments.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to ask for help.
