As the E-commerce Activation Manager for the Makeup Category in our Consumer Products Division (CPD), you'll play a pivotal role in driving online growth and ensuring our makeup brands shine in the digital space. Reporting to the Brand Business Director, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategies that maximize online sales, market share, and brand visibility.Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
- E-commerce Growth Strategy: Develop and execute plans to increase online sales, market share, and brand visibility. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Activation: Design and implement activation plans for e-commerce customers. Strategize, execute, and evaluate big-bet campaigns to achieve online sales targets. Co-create retail media strategies with CDMO and guide brand teams to optimize their investments. Manage go-to-market events and maximize CPD's presence during retailer events in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.
- Analysis & Monitoring: Analyze and drive e-commerce activation and media performance. Use analytical tools to arbitrate and optimize investments, ensuring maximum ROI. Act as the e-commerce budget owner and arbitrator.
- Shopper Experience: Lead and coordinate the channel shopper activation strategy. Adapt and recommend shopper activation plans at the client level. Make data-driven decisions to maximize activation plans and collaborate with marketing teams to optimize the full consumer path to purchase.
