- Work closely with our client, the global team in the US, various EMEA markets, as well as our internal account and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns with a strong strategic approach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal partners.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Account Managers and junior colleagues, helping them grow and deliver at their best.
- Manage budgets responsibly, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future work.
- Actively identify new opportunities to add value to the client's business and support account growth.
- Proven experience in a global/regional or multi-national account at an agency.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-market campaigns.
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently at senior level.
- A collaborative team player with proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
