We develop the mission-critical services that drive our company's operations, covering everything from the gaming platform to data-driven analytics. We operate as a small, highly experienced unit where architectural discussion and R&D are central to our workflow.The Mission: We are looking for a proactive engineer to help us scale our high-load platform. Your focus will be a mix of stability, performance engineering, and new feature development. If you enjoy working with distributed systems and conducting performance-based R&D, you’ll fit right in.Requirements

4+ years of commercial experience with Python;
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures;
Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar);
Experience designing scalable backend systems;
Good written English (for documentation and communication);
Native Ukrainian (spoken and written);

Would be plus

Experience with non-relational databases (Cassandra, Redis/KeyDB, etc.);
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
Experience working with high-load or distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-load backend services;
Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability;
Take part in architectural decisions and technical discussions;
Optimize and evolve existing systems and tools;
Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices;
Collaborate closely with the team to define priorities and solutions;
Write clear technical documentation.
